Gregory Royal - Chairman of the Board
Greg Royal has over 25 years of Information Technology Sales, Marketing and Management experience in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States. Mr Royal is a founder of Cistera Networks. He has held Senior Sales & Marketing positions at Eagle Technology, Network General Corp. (NASDAQ:NETG) and Network Associates Inc (NASDAQ:NETA). He also has significant experience in managing large scale IT systems including experience in Banking and Finance, Government, and Retail and Property Services. Greg is an accomplished speaker and writer and has been published in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America. Greg is a director of Telmarine Communcations Inc and partner in Blue Kiwi Group Ltd.
Jim Miller - President
Jim Miller has 23 years of managerial experience and has been with Cistera Networks since its inception. Prior to Cistera Networks, Mr. Miller was CEO of T3, Inc., a systems integrator to enterprise scale companies across many vertical industries. Mr. Miller was also CFO/COO for Information and Display Systems, LLC, an application and networking solutions provider to IBM and other Fortune 500 clients. Prior to IDS, Mr. Miller served as a Regional Business Manager for CH2M Hill, a multi-national construction and engineering firm. Mr. Miller began his career with AT&T, managing a shareholder support team through AT&T's diversification in the early 1980's.
Katherine Mendenhall - Director Sales
Katherine Mendenhall has more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the information technology business. Katherine joined Cistera in March of 2007 and has been serving as Director of Sales since 2009 after successfully driving sales to year on year continual double-digit growth in revenue. She currently has the responsibility for all Global sales activities, including revenue attainment, channel partner relationships, Direct and Federal sales management, and customer satisfaction.
Katherine formerly held Senior Sales positions at AT&T where she excelled in building and managing both direct sales teams as well as channel partners. Katherine has worked for other telecommunication and data providers such as Global Crossing, Netvoice Technologies, and SBC.
